Location: La Suite is located in the Joatinga area, 20 minutes by car from the beaches of Leblon and Ipanema, at the end of a gated street. With a 180° ocean view and access to a well-kept secret: the Joatinga beach. The private beach of Joatinga is very close and is where surfers retreat in search of good waves. Completely quiet and immaculately decorated.

Accommodations: All seven rooms at La Suite Hotel have their own style and themed color. Rooms are very spacious, include big closets and feature Egyptian cotton sheets. All of them have their own private terrace with spectacular views of the ocean and the city. All bathrooms include incredible marble floors with colors that match the specific room. Rooms range from the white room, all white from floor to ceiling, to the pink room, decorated all in pink, to the black suite, which includes all windows, from anywhere in the room you’re surrounded by the ocean, mountain, forest, beach and of course the city.

Restaurants and Bars: There’s no restaurant per say, and nothing but houses within walking distance, but the hotel’s kitchen is run by a highly accomplished chef — eat on the terrace taking in the view of the beach and the Atlantic, or in the swanky modernist dining room. Getting out means a taxi ride, as Ipanema is a good ten minutes away; La Suite’s bar, though, is tempting, open more or less all the time.

Leisure and Services: One pool would be enough for a hotel this size, but La Suite has two, not to mention Joatinga Beach.
